du beau vin, meaning “some fine wine”, is now in its 7th vintage. Each and every wine is crafted with precise care and thorough attention to detail. With each new production, I learn more about the intricacies of the winemaking process. I strive to consistently improve it year over year.
I love to share my wine with family and friends. A bottle or two usually follow me to most parties and gatherings so everyone is able to try it. It’s growing more difficult for me to keep a steady supply in the cellar, which is why a new vintage is started every 6 – 8 months.
About the Winemaker
Trevor Fitzgerald enjoys browsing the wine aisles at the local wine store and touring wineries whenever possible. He tries to improve his palate as much as he can by tasting all kinds of different wines and varietals. It’s all in the name of research, though, of course.
